Warranty
● No warranty is provided on randomly sold products or promotional gifts unless otherwise stated.
● The parts mentioned in the warranty period table should not be construed as promises and descriptions of the configuration of the purchased product, which should be based on the specific model you have purchased.
● To prevent parallel imports and stolen AOVIO products from being sent to us for repair, customers are required to present the warranty card and the original purchase receipt of the product to the AOVIO service personnel for repair service, and photocopies or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you cannot present a valid purchase invoice and warranty card/label, or the information contained in the above warranty certificate does not correspond to the product, or is altered or illegible, the warranty period of the product will be calculated based on the date of manufacture of the product as the warranty start date.
● During the warranty period, AOVIO owns all rights to the faulty parts after replacement.
●AOVIO reserves the right to change or cancel the service plans and the terms and conditions of the offers without prior notice or compensation.
Non-coverage
● This product has exceeded the warranty period for the entire unit or parts.
● Failure or damage caused by non-compliance/error/misuse/improper use, storage, maintenance or operation of the product.
:: Natural wear and tear and ageing of consumable materials (housings, connecting parts, etc.).
● Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration or disassembly of the product by non-AOVIO authorised service organisations or personnel (warranty labels/tamper-evident labels on the unit are tamper-evident, damaged or missing).
● When the serial number of the product does not match or is damaged in an unclear manner.
● Products not purchased through AOVIO's sales channels in Hong Kong and Macau.
● External equipment, non-AOVIO factory-installed, additional third-party products and/or spare parts, and customer-requested, additional products and/or spare parts.
● Failure or damage caused by accidental or human factors or non-product-specified operating conditions (including computer viruses, forgotten passwords, unintentional changes to BIOS settings, knocks, scratches, high/low temperatures, excessive humidity or dryness, high altitude, abnormal physical stress, electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, static interference, excessive zero-ground voltages, inappropriate voltage inputs, failure to ground the electrical system, liquid injection, corrosion, incorrect plugging, foreign object transfer, rodents, pests, etc.). Failure or damage caused by injection, corrosion, incorrect plugging and unplugging, introduction of foreign objects, rodents, pests, etc.
● Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated or other non-legally licensed software, non-standard or unpublished software.
● Failure or damage due to force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, fire, lightning, etc.).
● The logo and part number of AOVIO products are altered or replaced by the user without authorisation.
● Other failures or damages not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues.
Other Description
(1) AOVIO will renew the warranty of the replaced parts for a period of 90 days from the date of repair for the machine after the hardware failure replacement charge service.
(2) AOVIO may not provide the service for a fee if there are no spares available.
(3) Any parts replaced during maintenance are the property of AOVIO.
(4) If national laws or regulations provide otherwise, the contents of the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
